Fall Kick-off @ Ben & Ari's

Hey everybody!

This is just another reminder of our fall kick-off, which will be Sunday, August 10th from 6-8pm at Ben & Ari's (141st & S.R. 37, next to Pinheads). We're going to have a mini-golf tournament, a BBQ provided by Ben & Ari's, fun music, a live musical performance of the newly written piece "Jesus Time" by some of our student leaders.

There will be a special prize for the person that is credited with bringing the most friends to this event - two tickets to the Pizza Train! That's right! We're planning on going to the Pizza Train on Saturday, September 13th, and whoever brings the most new people to the Kick-off will receive two FREE tickets!

We'll also have a lot of other prizes and do a drawing. You'll get a ticket for showing up, and an extra ticket for each friend that you bring. So, the more friends you bring, the better your chances of winning one of our exciting door prizes, and I'm not just talkin' about plastic bling either! We'll have gift certificates to the movies and other dining establishments in the area to give away!

I'm really excited about the things that we have in store for the upcoming school year, and especially about this fall. I think it'll be a great time to get together and grow closer to God as we work through what it means to "not conform any longer to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of ours minds".
